Kendall Auto Alaska “Stomps Out Hunger” Across Alaska

This summer, Kendall Auto Alaska set out on a mission to help ensure local children have access to nutritious meals when school is out—and thanks to the incredible generosity of our employees, customers, and communities, that mission was a tremendous success.
Through our annual “Stomp Out Hunger” Food Drive, Kendall locations across Alaska came together to support local summer meal programs serving children and families throughout our communities.
Together, we raised an impressive 17,000 meals and collected 580 pounds of food, helping local organizations provide critical resources to children facing food insecurity during the summer months.
For many Alaska families, summer can be a challenging time. When school meal programs pause, thousands of children lose access to the reliable breakfasts and lunches they depend on throughout the school year. Community support plays a vital role in helping bridge that gap.
The success of this year’s campaign reflects what can happen when Alaskans come together for a common purpose. From food donations and monetary contributions to spreading awareness and encouraging participation, every act of generosity helped make a meaningful difference.
“We are incredibly grateful to everyone who supported our Stomp Out Hunger campaign,” said the Kendall Auto Alaska team. “The impact of these donations extends far beyond the numbers. Together, we’re helping ensure that children across Alaska have access to the meals they need to learn, grow, and thrive throughout the summer.”
Kendall Auto Alaska proudly supports organizations and programs that strengthen our communities, and we are honored to partner with local agencies working every day to combat childhood hunger.
To everyone who donated, volunteered, shared our mission, or helped spread the word—thank you. Because of you, thousands of meals will reach children and families who need them most.
Together, we truly made a difference across Alaska.
