I enjoyed a remarkably easy buying experience when I purchased my new 4Runner. The entire deal was conducted over the phone. The salesman, Chip, and finance advisor, Anthony, were awesome! Super friendly, knowledgeable, fair, upfront, forthright... I’d send any friend or family member to deal with them. I spent eight years in the car business with multiple years as both a finance and sales manager; if I were assembling a team to represent me as a dealer, these guys would be at the top of the list. They went above and beyond in many regards. Their facility is modern and clean, the delivery was great with Chip walking me through the features of my new vehicle, Anthony managed to beat my pre-approval by .25% with the same lender and I couldn’t be happier with any facet of the transaction. Hey Kendall - give these guys a raise!

Talk to Marko at the Main lot fantastic guy to work with or John Apepe at the used lot both great hard working guys would buy a car from either of them gladly. As long as the price was right. Dealership did not have alot of options for base model cars.

Purchased a new Sequoia this morning from Kendall on Old Seward. Contact/sales person was Dennis, highly recommend him. Easy going, new to Toyota but was super easy to work with and never once embodied the typical car sales mentality we have all grown to accept as something we just deal with when time to get a new car. Good selection, friendly staff, relatively quick considering the context of buying a car. No complaints and a genuinely less than painful experience. Which lets be honest, is sometimes a lot to ask for on this topic!

First of all, I hate to shop at a car dealer, it is second only to a root canal. But, we had two sales people, Patrick Carrillo and Arlind Hasipi, help us when we were told by Yang Moua in Service that our 2007 Prius had a hybrid battery die......awful feeling. But I loved my Prius and needed a 4 wd so we bought the 2019 AWD Prius that day. BUT, the new cars are computers and it takes a lot of youth to train seniors like me on the new vehicles that do everything but feed me. Arlind at 22 years old was "my guy" both for my husband and me. We spent at least an hour going over all the buttons, icons, buzzers and lights that dictate whether I go, stop and park. Our family have all Toyotas but the new cars MUST have a young salesperson who knows electronics in order to prevent intimidation of the electronic system. That's it. Patrick was very polite and knowledgeable, not pushy AND Arlind is a boy genius on the Prius systems with patience! Bonus' for both of them.

From start to finish I had a fantastic experience. Sales Consultants Sam Park & Aaron Nuevo went above and beyond to make sure I received the best deal possible on my trade in, and purchase of my 2019 Tacoma. When I made it to Finance Manager Anthony Manacio's desk the great customer service continued. He made sure to thoroughly explain every little detail with me. I can confidently recommend all three of these gentlemen to anyone looking to purchase a Toyota . I will look forward to doing business with Kendall Toyota of Anchorage in the future.

I went in for my second of 3 free oil changes with the purchase of my car. When I arrived, I was greeted by Bradley H. He was friendly, and helpful. The service was fast, and professional. When I showed up for my appointment, I was about 1 hour early, but was still taken care of in a timely manor. As well as being greeted by Bradley, the service manager Mark S. was making some rounds through the service drive. He was checking on how everything was going in the express service drive, but didn't hesitate to stop and say hello as well. Always a smile, and a drive in every employee at Kendall Toyota, to help anyone who comes in for a sale, or service. Keep it all up Everyone!
