I have visited Kendall Toyota previously previous to consider purchasing a vehicle. During that experience we did not find a vehicle that financially we felt was affordable for us. When we left, the question from the salesperson was, "You mean we aren't going to be able to make a deal?" Extreme pressure! Not this time! Very impressed with sales person Greg Shack III. Knowledgeable young man, very helpful, respectful, friendly, not pushy or overly aggressive in his sales approach. Finance officer, Anthony, extremely helpful and efficient. Process of finalizing sale was extremely frustrating in how long from offer to close took. Five hours for completion of sale is too long especially when there was a full price offer on the table.
