As a recent NEW Used Car Buyer, at Kendall Toyota of Anchorage, my wife and I experienced an overall pleasant buying experience. However, post the negotiation stage of the buying process; we experienced ‘Just One Issue!’ As a condition to purchase, it was agreed during the negotiation stage of the deal, that an auto remote start be installed into our NEW ‘used car.’ It was agreed that the remote start and install not be included in the sale price. While at the finance table, we discovered that the remote start and install had been added to the cost of the vehicle. An attempt was made by the dealer center to resolve the matter; however, only half of the cost was absorbed by the dealership and we were left paying for the other half. In a sense, it seemed they were, ‘’stepping over dollars to pick up dimes.’’ Other than that, Garrett, our Sales Consultant, was pleasant and accommodating. Finance with Vineta was awesome and her follow-up customer service has been impeccable. She has arranged with the service department an order for the remote start and we will have it installed when the part arrives next week. On top of that, we will be given a loaner car to drive during the remote start install; and during the same visit, our NEW Used Car will also receive a very fine auto detail with upholstery cleaning and all the works. Vineta’s unmatched quality, customer service, and professionalism, speak volumes about the expectations we have for the follow-through on our upcoming service department experience at Kendall Toyota of Anchorage.
We have bought two vehicles from Kendall, and recently had our service done on our Tacoma. Aaron Wollitz on the express side took care of us and made sure our experience was stellar. We've had some issues in the past that still haven't been resolved with a previous visit and a different writer but Aaron was more than thorough with his duties and we couldn't be happier. 10/10 would get serviced by Aaron again!

Traded in a 2016 Tacoma TRD Off Road and purchased my new 2019 Tacoma TRD Off Road. I live on Kodiak island and had to do this purchase through Sam Parker by phone. I was nervous and unsure of the process with trading and purchasing a vehicle without being at the dealer. Sam Parker made my experience a great one! He sent me numbers and when I was happy with the price, paperwork got to me next day. When I finally went to the dealership. Sam was there to greet me and helped me get my 2016 sold and gave me to the keys to my new 2019! I am very happy with how smooth the process went. Great facility and quality people. A+++++

I worked with the Jerry Cagle and the Kendall Team to purchase a new Tundra. Service was very friendly, everything was fast and all of my questions were answered.
